INCHEON, South Korea, May 13 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng concluded on Wednesday talks at the Incheon International Airport, a U.S. official told Reuters.

The two met in South Korea to lay the groundwork ahead of this week's summit talks between the leaders of the world’s two biggest economies in Beijing.
