SEOUL, May 13 (Reuters) - South Korea's Defence Minister Ahn Gyu-back said he held frank discussions with the U.S. defence secretary on alliance issues including the transfer of wartime operational control and nuclear-powered submarines, South Korean media News1 reported on Wednesday.
