Ametek to buy Indicor's instrumentation businesses for $5 billion
May 6 (Reuters) - Industrial equipment maker Ametek AME.N said on Wednesday it would acquire a portfolio of instrumentation businesses of valve and pump manufacturer Indicor for about $5 billion in cash.
