COPENHAGEN, May 4 (Reuters) - Registrations of new Tesla TSLA.O cars in Sweden rose 111.3% in April from a year earlier, to 429 vehicles, data from Mobility Sweden showed on Monday, mirroring a trend seen last month in several European markets.
