WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump was expected to sign legislation to fund Department of Homeland Security agencies on Thursday, a White House official said, after the House of Representatives approved the bill in a move to end a partial shutdown that has gripped their operations for nearly 11 weeks.
