Broadridge profit rises on investor communications strength
April 30 (Reuters) - Broadridge Financial BR.N reported a rise in third-quarter profit on Thursday as the fintech firm was helped by strong performance in its investor communications business.
The company is raising its fiscal 2026 outlook for recurring revenue growth constant currency to at or above 7%, and increasing its adjusted EPS growth forecast to 10% to 12%, CEO Tim Gokey said in a statement.

Broadridge's investor communication solutions segment, its biggest unit, recorded a revenue of $1.47 billion in the third quarter, up from $1.35 billion the year earlier.
Total revenue rose to $1.95 billion from $1.81 billion in the year-ago quarter.
Its net earnings came in at $276.3 million, or $2.36 per share, in the three months ended March 31, compared with $243.1 million, or $2.05 per share a year ago.
