SEOUL, April 2 (Reuters) - North Korea's foreign ministry said on Thursday a massacre that was as atrocious as crimes against humanity committed during World War Two is being waged in the Middle East in violation of international laws, KCNA state news agency reported.
An unnamed spokesperson of the ministry made the comment in a statement that condemned the adoption of a resolution on North Korea's human rights conditions by the U.N. Human rights Council on March 31.
