March 31 (Reuters) - Nike NKE.N beat Wall Street expectations for third-quarter revenue on Tuesday, helped by ongoing turnaround efforts as tighter control on discounting and fresh product launches helped steady demand.
The sportswear retailer's revenue came in at $11.28 billion in the quarter ended February 28, flat to last year. Analysts on average estimated a 0.3% drop to $11.24 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
