KYIV, March 31 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he planned to hold online talks with U.S. negotiators on Wednesday, at which he said he would ask Washington to pass on Kyiv's offer of a ceasefire on energy strikes to Russia.
Zelenskiy said at an event to mark the anniversary of the Bucha massacre on Tuesday that unless Moscow agreed to a ceasefire, Ukraine would continue to respond to Russia's bombardments with its own strikes.
He added that his security council secretary Rustem Umerov was currently in Turkey for talks with several countries, without specifying details.
