DUBAI, March 24 (Reuters) - Mohammad Baqer Zolqadr was appointed as the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, the Iranian president's deputy of communications posted on X on Tuesday, replacing Ali Larijani who was killed in a strike last week.
