March 19 (Reuters) - OpenAI is planning to unify its ChatGPT app, coding platform Codex and browser into a desktop "superapp" to simplify user experience, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

OpenAI did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment. Reuters could not independently verify the report.
