ANKARA, March 3 (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Tuesday that Iran's strategy of attacking Gulf states in retaliation for U.S. and Israeli attacks against it was an "incredibly wrong strategy" and increased instability in the region.
"Iran's indiscriminate bombing of all these places is an incredibly wrong strategy," he told state broadcaster TRT Haber, and added that Tehran was using a strategy of "if I drown, I'll drown the region as well".
Fidan said that countries attacked by Iran may not be able to remain silent if the strikes continued, and that the risk of the conflict widening further was worrying.
