LONDON, Feb 19 (Reuters) - British police said on Thursday they had released a man they had earlier arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, after a Reuters witness saw King Charles' younger brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, leave a police station.
"The arrested man has now been released under investigation," the Thames Valley police force said, providing an update in relation to an investigation into the offence of misconduct in public office.
"We can also confirm that our searches in Norfolk (in eastern England) have now concluded," they said in a short statement.
Norfolk is where Mountbatten-Windsor now resides.
