MOODY'S RATINGS: DOWNGRADES STELLANTIS TO BAA3, OUTLOOK STABLE
Moody's: downgrade of Stellantis' rating to Baa3 has been prompted by the company's preliminary 2025 results release, indicating a significant downward revision of profitability and cash flow for 2025 and beyond, contrary to our expectations.
The stable outlook reflects our view that the company will be able to improve its profitability and return to positive Moody's adjusted FCF generation in the next 12-18 months. Furthermore, the stable outlook reflects our view that the company will demonstrate further growth in unit sales supported by their recently launched products.
