INPOST
A consortium led by Advent and FedEx FDX.N has agreed to buy InPost INPST.AS for 15.60 euros per share, valuing the European parcel locker company at 7.8 billion euros ($9.2 billion), the companies involved in the deal said in a statement on Monday.
BANK MILLENNIUM
Poland's Bank Millennium MILP.WA, a subsidiary of Portugal's Millennium bcp BCP.LS, said on Monday its net profit doubled to 347 million zlotys ($97 million) in the fourth quarter, as lower costs for its Swiss franc loan portfolio helped offset weaker interest income.
PZU AND BANK PEKAO SA
Polish Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun is awaiting final recommendations regarding the announced capital reorganization of PZU PZU.WA and Bank Pekao PEO.WA. He added that if the baseline scenario is not realized, other solutions may be considered, the PAP news agency reported.
