CORTINA D'AMPEZZO, (Italy), Feb 8 (Reuters) - U.S. Alpine skier Lindsey Vonn is being monitored in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Treviso after crashing in the Olympic downhill in Cortina d'Ampezzo on Sunday, a source close to the matter said.
There was no threat to Vonn's life and she did not require breathing assistance through intubation, the source added.
