MOSCOW, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Russia and the United States both recognise the need to launch talks soon about nuclear arms control after the expiry of the New START treaty that limited their numbers of strategic missiles, launchers and warheads, the Kremlin said on Friday.
Kremlin spokesman said the two sides, at talks in Abu Dhabi, had reached an understanding they would both act responsibly after the 2010 treaty expired on Thursday.
