Glencore Canada halts major investments at copper smelting facility

Feb 3 (Reuters) - Glencore Canada GLEN.L said on Tuesday it will immediately halt all investments related to emissions reduction and facility upgrade projects at the Horne Smelter and will implement a demobilization plan, effective February 3.
