- South Korea's finance ministry said on Tuesday it would actively consult with parliament on a U.S. investment bill, after President Donald Trump accused the country's legislature of "not living up" to its trade deal with Washington.

Finance Minister Koo Yun-cheol was already planning to ask parliament for cooperation on the matter on Tuesday afternoon, the ministry said in a text message sent to reporters.
