Vietnam's Lam says will maintain party unity, flags huge tasks ahead

HANOI, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Vietnam's To Lam pledged on Friday to maintain the unity of the ruling Communist Party and said there were huge tasks ahead, after he his unanimous re-appointment to lead the party for the next five years.
Lam, speaking at the end of the five-yearly party congress, committed to work hard to meet the expectations of Vietnam's people.
