Syrian defence ministry says 11 killed, 25 wounded in attacks by Kurdish-led SDF after ceasefire

CAIRO, Jan 21 (Reuters) - The Syrian defence ministry said on Wednesday that 11 people were killed and more than 25 wounded in attacks by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) after an announced ceasefire, the Syrian state-run Ekhbariya TV reported.
The government announced a four-day ceasefire following a new agreement with the SDF starting from 2000 local time on Tuesday.
