Vietnam's Lam warns about global uncertainties at Communist Party congress

HANOI, Jan 20 (Reuters) - Vietnam's top leader To Lam warned about global uncertainties as he addressed delegates at the Communist Party congress on Tuesday.
He urged a tackling of bottlenecks and an unleashing of Vietnam's economic growth potential to address difficulties, noting that the party will retain its leading role in the country.
