
SAO PAULO, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Brazil's JBS, the world's largest meat company, sold its stake in Meat Snack Partners, a local joint venture the firm has had with Jack Link's since 2010, a document sent to the country's antitrust body showed on Tuesday.
According to the document, Jack Link's acquired the full 50% stake JBS has held in Meat Snack, gaining total control over the enterprise. No financial details were disclosed.
