KYIV, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he hoped to meet U.S. President Donald Trump soon, possibly in Washington, as talks on a framework to end to the nearly four-year war in Ukraine continued in Paris.
Zelenskiy, who is seeking solid post-war security guarantees from the U.S. and European nations to deter Russia from attacking again, told reporters he had still not received a clear answer from Ukraine's partners on what their response to such an attack would be.
