Syria, Israel resume talks to reach security agreement, Syrian state news agency says

DUBAI, Jan 5 (Reuters) - A Syrian government delegation is taking part in U.S.-mediated talks with Israel seeking an Israeli pullback to positions held before December 8, 2024, under a reciprocal security agreement guaranteeing full Syrian sovereignty, Syrian state news agency SANA said on Monday, citing a government source.
