SoftBank Group Corp 9984.T could announce a deal to acquire U.S.-based alternative asset manager DigitalBridge Group Inc DBRG.N as soon as Monday, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

British lender International Personal Finance IPF.L said it has agreed to a 543 million-pound ($732.51 million) takeover by a company associated with BasePoint Capital, finalising terms ahead of a December 31 deadline.
