SAO PAULO, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Brazil planemaker Embraer EMBJ3.SA said on Tuesday that Brazilian airline Azul AZUL4.SA cut a previous order of 51 E195-E2 jets to 25 aircraft, according to a securities filing.
Embraer said it signed an agreement with Azul regarding the change in the order placed between 2014 and 2018, amid the airline's debt restructuring plan -- part of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
