US proposes to resolve claims against LivCor over alleged anticompetitive practices

WASHINGTON, Dec 23 (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday it filed a proposed consent decree to resolve U.S. claims against LivCor, a Blackstone BX.N portfolio company, over alleged anticompetitive practices in housing rental markets.

In early January, the Justice Department sued six large landlords, including LivCor, over alleged information sharing and algorithmic coordination.
