Hungary's Orban says issue of Russian frozen assets is "dead", will not pass

- The idea for the European Union to use Russian frozen assets, which are mostly located in Brussels, in order to finance Ukraine, is "dead" as there is a blocking minority against it, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Thursday.

Arriving at the EU summit in Brussels Orban also told reporters that financing Ukraine from a common EU loan was not acceptable for Hungary.
