Dutch PM expects EU agreement on Ukraine financing with Belgium on board

BRUSSELS, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof said on Thursday he expects the talks between European Union member states on the financing of Ukraine will yield an agreement with the support of Belgium.
He added he understood the demand from Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever on sharing the risk of using Russian assets to finance Ukraine.
