BERLIN, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Delegations from the United States and Ukraine have been greeted by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at the chancellery in Berlin ahead of negotiations over a U.S-backed peace plan, a government source told Reuters on Sunday.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, senior Ukrainian negotiator Rustem Umerov, U.S. President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and envoy Steve Witkoff have all arrived for talks, the source said.
