National Storage REIT gets takeover offer from Brookfield consortium at $2.61 billion valuation

Nov 26 (Reuters) - Australia's National Storage REIT NSR.AX said on Wednesday it has received a non-binding takeover offer from a consortium including Brookfield BAM.N and GIC Investments valuing the self-storage operator at A$4.02 billion ($2.61 billion).
($1 = 1.5380 Australian dollars)
