
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 (Reuters) - The two-day talks between top trade officials from the United States and China seeking to avert an escalation of their trade war has concluded, a U.S Treasury spokesperson told reporters in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
China's top trade negotiator Li Chenggang and Vice Premier He Lifeng met with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit.
