Google to invest $10 billion in data centre in South India

BENGALURU, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Alphabet Inc's GOOGL.O Google will invest $10 billion to set up a 1-gigawatt data centre in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, a state minister said.
A formal agreement between the state and the tech giant is due on Tuesday, the minister added.
