PARIS, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Caretaker French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu said on Wednesday that President Emmanuel Macron's contested pension reform was one the biggest blocking points in negotiations to form a new government.
"We need to find a way so that a debate can occur on pension reform," Lecornu told France 2 television.
Suspending the reform, which included raising the legal retirement age by two years to 64, would cost the Treasury 3 billion euros in 2027, he said.
