Moldova's pro-EU party leads election with 46% after 90% of votes counted, electoral commission says

CHISINAU, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Moldova's ruling pro-European Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) has won 46% of votes so far in Sunday's parliamentary election versus 27% for the pro-Russian Patriotic Bloc, with more than 90% of votes counted, according to the country's Central Electoral Commission.
