SEOUL, Sept 27 (Reuters) - North Korea-U.S. dialogue during a summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation grouping in South Korea next month cannot be ruled out, Yonhap news agency reported on Saturday, citing a senior Seoul official.
North Korea is not a member of APEC. South Korean officials previously said the possibility of North Korea's participation in any way in the summit, which U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to attend in Gyeongju, was low.
