Sept 27 (Reuters) - UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed stressed the urgent need for ending the Gaza war during his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, UAE state news agency reported early on Saturday.
Earlier in September, the UAE warned Israel that annexation in the occupied West Bank would constitute a "red line" for Abu Dhabi that would severely undermine the spirit of the Abraham Accords that normalised UAE-Israeli relations.
