Sept 26 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that he was open to lifting restrictions on Ukraine's use of American-made long-range weapons to strike inside Russia, but did not commit to doing so in their Tuesday meeting, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing officials.
