Electronic Arts nears roughly $50 billion deal to go private, WSJ reports

Sept 26 (Reuters) - Videogame maker Electronic Arts EA.O is nearing a deal to go private, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday citing people familiar with the matter.

Discussions on the price are still underway but EA could be valued at as much as $50 billion, WSJ said.
