Canada, Australia leaders discuss deeper economic ties, says Ottawa

Sept 26 (Reuters) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Australian counterpart Anthony Albanese on Friday discussed opportunities to deepen economic and trade cooperation, Carney's office said in a statement.

The two men met on the sidelines of a global summit in London. Both nations belong to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact.
