September 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:

Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its Texas presence by acquiring Head Insurance and entered Arkansas with the acquisition of Arkansas Best Insurance Agency.

Online marketplace OLX will buy French motors classified platform La Centrale for 1.1 billion euros ($1.3 billion), OLX owner Prosus PRX.AS said, as it aims to establish itself as Europe's leading e-commerce provider.
