WASHINGTON, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Two detainees were killed and one other was in critical condition after a shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas, the Department of Homeland Security said on Wednesday.
A sniper opened fire from a nearby rooftop and the gunman was found later with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, it said in a statement.
