SEOUL, Sept 17 (Reuters) - South Korea's top trade envoy has met U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer for follow-up talks on a deal to lower President Donald Trump's tariffs on South Korean goods to 15%, a South Korean official said on Wednesday.
