EU top court rejects Positive Group PAO sanctions challenge
BRUSSELS, Sept 10 (Reuters) - The EU's General Court on Wednesday ruled against Positive Group PAO, which had challenged its inclusion on the EU sanctions list.
"Positive Group PAO sought annulment of the inclusion and maintenance of its name on those lists. In its judgment delivered today, the General Court dismisses the action", the court said in a statement.
