Aug 20 (Reuters) - MSM North America, a subsidiary of Czechoslovak Group, signed a contract worth up to $632 million with the U.S. Army to build a factory for filling large-caliber ammunition, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The contract is for the Future Artillery Complex (FAC) to be built at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant, the company said.
Czechoslovak Group is a defense and engineering holding owned by Czech entrepreneur Michal Strnad which includes Czech land systems manufacturer Excalibur Army and vehicle maker Tatra Trucks.
