Norway says it is still in talks with U.S. over tariffs

ARENDAL, Norway, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Norway and the United States are still in talks regarding trade tariffs, Norwegian Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday.
The White House on July 31 announced a 15% tariff on imports from Norway.
