NEW YORK, July 30 (Reuters) - Bank of America's BAC.N chief technology and information officer, Aditya Bhasin, is joining middle-market buyout firm Falfurrias Management Partners as a partner, the company said on Wednesday.
Bhasin will be focused on software and services investments, primarily working with the buyout firm's team in managing its services portfolio, it said in a statement.
Founded in 2006, Falfurrias's founders and partners have raised $3.6 billion across the firm's seven funds, it said on its website.
Bank of America announced on Monday Bhasin is retiring from the lender and will be replaced by Hari Gopalkrishnan, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters.
