- (The Insurer) - Dallas-based broker Novatae Risk Group has appointed Anju Arora as vice president of data, business intelligence and innovation.

She assumed her role last week on Tuesday.

In her new role, Arora leads the MGA's data-driven transformation overseeing business intelligence, analytics and innovation programs that align with the firm's growth objectives.

She is also responsible for building bridges between actuarial, underwriting, claims and technology teams.

She works closely with president Nick Greggains.

Arora, who has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializes in actuarial science, regulatory compliance and product development.

She previously worked at Ethos Specialty Insurance Services, which was then part of Ascot. She has also worked at Axa XL, XL Catlin and Catlin, among others.

This follows Ethos Specialty's former CEO Nick Greggains' recruitment at Novatae as the president in March.
