July 21 - (The Insurer) - Risk Placement Services has promoted Adrianna Rivera to personal lines practice leader, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Rivera was formerly the personal lines manager for RPS's Florida branch.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She has been with RPS since 2011, where she helped expand the company's personal lines capabilities at the branch from a one-person operation into a team managing a $20 million book of business.
In her new role, she will lead the growth and talent development of the personal lines practice, expand national market access, further enhance digital solutions and deepen relationships with carrier partners. She will report to Matt Lynch, RPS president of binding.
In May, RPS appointed Ania Caruso, who was most recently managing director of the southeast region for Gallagher's casualty practice, as its national casualty president. In June, the company recruited Rick Cullen from Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers as president of its RPS Signature Programs division.
